If you are required to select a password, Pioneer Finance recommends the password you select should not relate to any readily accessible data such as your name, birth date, address, telephone number, driver’s license, license plate, or passport. Pioneer Finance shall have no liability for the interception or ‘hacking’ of any data through Pioneer Finance’s website or any other website by unauthorised third parties. Pioneer Finance endeavours to avoid the infiltration of its website of viruses and other harmful or invasive mechanisms but accepts no responsibility or liability should your computer system or website be affected by any such mechanisms upon visiting Pioneer Finance’s website.
Before completing an online transaction with Pioneer Finance, you will be presented with a confirmation/Submit screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transactions, information, and other details relating to your request are correct. You should print the transaction status and any other pages for future reference and your files.
Pioneer Finance shall have no liability for transactions that are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of any online transactions, (irrespective of whom inputted or omitted to input the relevant data), or for loss of data or information caused by factors outside of Pioneer Finance’s control.
Except as expressly prohibited by law, in no event will Pioneer Finance be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost revenue or profits, even where Pioneer Finance has been advised of the possibility of such damages occurring. If notwithstanding the foregoing, Pioneer Finance is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises as a result of your use of the website, Pioneer Finance’s liability shall not exceed the dollar amount of the transaction which formed the basis of the damage or $1,000.00, whichever is the lesser.
Pioneer Finance shall be entitled at any time without prior notice or any liability to you, to cancel or suspend any or all online services and/or to substitute alternative services, which may or may not be interactive or transactional in nature. Pioneer Finance cannot guarantee that its website or its online facilities will be accessible 24 hours a day.
You acknowledge that certain online transactions made available or offered by Pioneer Finance from time to time may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions, including the Quotations and Credit Approvals for Personal loans, Debt Consolidation Loan, Car Loan, Home Renovation loans, Wedding Loan’s, Holiday Loan’s, Funeral Loan’s or Business Loan’s are indicative only, and you agree to review and comply with any such additional terms and conditions.
Access and use of any online service shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of any such additional terms and conditions applicable to such service.
These terms and conditions and the online services they cover are governed by and shall be interpreted under New Zealand law. The New Zealand Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter in connection with the online services and these terms and conditions.
Pioneer Finance provides customer support for online services between the hours of 9.30 am to 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday). All queries outside these hours will be logged and attended to during office hours.
